Return Policy:
Memories Of Love stands behind its merchandise. The Neon Art is supported
by the manufacturer (see about The Manufacturer) all other items include
a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an item you may
exchange it or receive a refund for the merchandise within 30 days of
the invoice date, provided all the terms defined in Directions
For Returns are complied with and the merchandise has not been abused.
After 30 days, all returns, replacements, service, and support must be
handled directly between you and the manufacturer. Many products are packaged
with the manufacturer's warranty and service information detailing specific
terms and conditions. Manufacturers' warranties may vary from product
to product.
Directions For Returns:
Please fill out our Online Return Form to receive a return authorization
number (the number that will be forwarded to the accounting department
to process your refund.) After you receive your RMA number, pack the items
you are returning into a shipping box with plenty of packing material
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery send the package to
us via UPS or insured-prepaid US Mail. Write the return authorization
number on the address label . Sorry, shipping charges are
the buyers responsibility and are not included in the refund.
Please
include the reason for the return, so we can better serve your needs in
the future.
All returned merchandise must have a return authorization number
and be in new and unused condition, including all package contents with
the manufacturer's original packaging or will be subject to a restocking
fee.
Please Note: Special orders, neon and led pictures, drop ship orders,
will be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 30% imposed by the manufacturer/distributor.
Please Note:Free shipping charges and other coupon offers/discounts
will be deducted from all non-defective returns.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid,we will not accept C.O.D.
returns. The original merchandise must be received before any refund
or exchange can be processed (cross-shipping can be arranged). Credit
will be issued within ten (10) business days of receiving your return.
All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that
appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional
days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account.

All refused orders, or unauthorized returns are subject to
a 25% restocking fee - NO EXCEPTIONS.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that have been abused.
No credits or exchanges will be issued after 30 days
from invoice date.
Damaged Merchandise: We reserve the right to replace
damaged parts and not the entire product. Please examine any merchandise
before assembling.
